About Us

Chinese Fashion Team (CFT), in Bay Area, was established in December 2002 with about 30 members who love fashion show and arts. It is a non-profit, non-political, non-religious group. A majority of these talented Chinese are highly educated and have professional careers.

The purpose of CFT is to unite Chinese professionals overseas, in US Bay Area and encourage networking as well as mutual support. By participating in Bay Area mainstream society, members can expect to enhance their opportunities for a rich social life and acquire new friendships. By demonstrating their beauty in fashion show and other performance, members will play active roles in the development of economic and multicultural links between China and America by providing a variety of Chinese cultural activities for Chinese women and the community.

The CFT fashion models are all amateurs. CFT welcomes professional women and men of Chinese heritage who have good figures with height at least 5'5" (female) / 5'9" (male) and would like to support the objects of the group.
